Glow Den Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Ambon. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a professional who can hit the ground running and help us maintain our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our products are displayed and merchandised to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for sales targets and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised to the highest standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is accurately recorded and ordered.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
  • Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail team.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role in a high-volume retail environment is a plus.
