📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure departmental objectives are met.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and development.
• Representing the department in meetings and interactions with other departments and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
