📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking a variety of bakery items.,Ensure that all food products meet health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to produce consistent and high-quality products.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
