• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in Drilling Operations or Safety Management is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Drilling Info, and other relevant software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
