As an Early Intervention Educator, you'll design and implement personalized learning plans for children aged 0-6 years, focusing on early cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You'll use a variety of tools and techniques, including the Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP) and the Early Intervention Program (EIP), to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. This role is perfect for those passionate about early childhood development and eager to contribute to the holistic growth of young learners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized learning plans for children aged 0-6 years.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor children's developmental progress.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as ECIP and EIP, to address specific developmental needs.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and interventions.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in early intervention education.
• Certification in Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECIP) or Early Intervention Program (EIP).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid teaching or early childhood education license.
