As a Facility Engineer at Hartalega, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our Raw Water Treatment Plant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily operation and maintenance of the Raw Water Treatment Plant, including monitoring and controlling the plant's performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of the plant's equipment and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise in the plant's operation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to implement improvements and upgrades to the plant's systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, and that the plant is maintained in a safe and efficient condition.
• Conduct training and mentoring for new and existing staff on the operation and maintenance of the Raw Water Treatment Plant.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports of the plant's performance, including any issues or incidents that may occur.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the plant's efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, with a focus on raw water treatment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, GMP, and local environmental regulations.
• Proficient in the use of industrial software and tools, such as SCADA systems, PLC programming, and process control software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and operators.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and good manufacturing practices (GMP) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within Bali.
