📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
