Tech Up Lestari is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store and online responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Collaborate with the online team to integrate in-store and online sales strategies.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and promotions to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Experience in hybrid retail management is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
