Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Implement and maintain best practices and standards in the production area.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor and train junior operators on technical skills and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
• Maintain and optimize machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and report on production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in production management and process optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the production process.
• Ability to mentor and train junior operators on technical skills and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality control and improvement methodologies.
