As a Mandarin Teacher at Surabaya Montessori School in Bali, you will be responsible for teaching Mandarin to students aged 3 to 12 years. You will create engaging and effective lessons that align with the Montessori philosophy, using a variety of teaching methods and materials. You will also collaborate with other teachers to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for our students.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Teach Mandarin to students aged 3 to 12 years, using the Montessori approach.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the Montessori philosophy.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and administrators.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies in Mandarin education.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin or a related field.
- Certification in Montessori education or a strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or higher).
- Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
- Experience working with young children is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for fostering a love for language and cultural understanding in young learners.
