As a Merchant Success Executive, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants in Bali. You'll also provide ongoing support to ensure our merchants are satisfied with our services and continue to grow with us.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and understand their business needs.
• Visit and engage with local businesses to demonstrate our EDC solutions and other financial services.
• Present our solutions in a clear and persuasive manner, highlighting the benefits and addressing any concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we're always offering the best solutions to our merchants.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve our targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in expanding merchant networks and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with EDC solutions and other digital financial services.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
