As a Senior Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and grow the customer base by building strong relationships.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Participate in product launches and promotions.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
