📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the stockyard, including the storage, handling, and distribution of materials.
• Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of stockyard facilities to identify and address any issues or hazards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stockyard activities, including inventory, movements, and incidents.
• Participate in safety meetings and initiatives to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with other departments, such as mining, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, stockyard management, and safety procedures.
• Proven track record of managing teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Hold a relevant degree or diploma in mining engineering, industrial relations, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP or stockyard management software is a plus.
