📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and timely restocking.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
