📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily boat operations, including pre-departure and post-arrival inspections.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.
• Monitor fuel consumption, engine performance, and other critical systems.
• Assist in the planning and execution of boat trips, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all boat activities and maintenance work.
• Provide support to the Boat Manager in managing the team and resources.
• Ensure all boats are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies for each trip.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marine operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of marine safety regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with boat maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid boat captain's license or equivalent certification.
• Experience with marine software and tools such as Navionics, MaxSea, or similar.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 50kg.
