As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor branch finances and prepare reports for management.,Organize and participate in team-building activities and events.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
