Oversee the daily operations of the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring that they are allocated appropriately and used effectively.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and networking with key stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape, including CRM systems and data analytics tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
