Lead Fleet Coordinator

Rejeki Hendra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee and optimize our fleet operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our delivery and logistics services.

As a Lead Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of fleet coordinators, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule, and that drivers are trained and supervised.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and driver training.
• Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of fleet coordinators.
• Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance.
• Ensure all vehicles are insured and comply with all legal requirements.
• Develop and implement fleet safety and efficiency programs.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
