📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.
  • Develop and implement internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor audit teams to ensure high-quality work.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management to address audit findings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in a similar role within a multinational company is a plus.
