📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or a similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
