📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.,Manage and mentor production staff to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of production management principles and practices.,Knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards in food production.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production management.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Certifications in food safety and quality management are a plus.
