📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greeting and assisting visitors and clients upon arrival and departure.

Answering and directing phone calls and emails.

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Scheduling appointments and managing the reception calendar.

Handling front desk transactions and payments.

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Ensuring the security and safety of the office premises.

Providing information and support to employees and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with basic office software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Indonesian language proficiency (written and spoken).
