📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the open positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' fit for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.
  • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment strategy.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.
