PT Cendrawasih Tirta is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. We are seeking a Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or customer service and be able to handle various administrative tasks with ease.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the guest book.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
  • Provide information about the company and its services.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
