📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting research and development of water-based and solvent-based paint products,Formulating and testing new paint formulations,Analyzing and interpreting test results to improve product quality and performance,Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth implementation of new products,Maintaining and updating technical documentation and records,Participating in industry conferences and workshops to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies,Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the paint and coatings industry,Strong knowledge of paint formulation, application, and testing procedures,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work in a team and independently,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
