Drive technical sales and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth,Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions,Manage client relationships and ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services,Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure they are able to use our products effectively,Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services,Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our products meet customer needs,Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their continued business with Elitez Group,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services to potential customers

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a related field,Strong technical background and knowledge of our products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Experience with sales and customer relationship management software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
