📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness,Assist in the annual audit process and prepare necessary documentation,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and best practices,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English is a plus
