📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential landowners and stakeholders for site acquisition.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct due diligence on potential sites to assess feasibility and compliance with project requirements.,Prepare and negotiate acquisition agreements, leases, or other relevant documents.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient site acquisition processes.,Monitor and report on the progress of site acquisition activities.,Provide input on potential risks and mitigation strategies related to site acquisition.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the acquisition process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, particularly in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.,Familiarity with local regulations and procedures in Bali.,Excellent organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
