📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Write and edit content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms,Ensure documentation is user-friendly and meets quality standards,Update and revise existing documentation as needed,Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Understanding of coffee and food industry standards and regulations
