As an Accounting and Tax Assistant Manager at Lieco Group, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in our tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring that our tax obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and tax processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring that all tax obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems.
• Support senior management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to support financial decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in tax compliance or a related field is a plus.
