📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics.
• Train and develop warehouse staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
