📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist store managers in daily operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
- Learn and apply retail best practices, including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
- Train and mentor store staff on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Support the implementation of store initiatives and projects, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Participate in store training sessions and workshops to enhance your retail management skills.
- Assist in the development and execution of the store's marketing and promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback to store managers on store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by fostering a positive work environment and strong team dynamics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with retail management software such as RetailPro, Lightspeed, or similar.
