📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage payroll for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, tax details, and benefits.
• Generate and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and financial reviews.
• Assist in the management of employee benefits and pensions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Islamic Finance) or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP, Payroll Master, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
