📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Utilize tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software such as SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
