📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the entire logistics process, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers in China, ensuring smooth and efficient communication in Mandarin.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and carriers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the food industry.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide training and support to the logistics team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
