📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our affiliate marketing programs, including partner recruitment, performance tracking, and commission structure.
• Create and manage creative content for our digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify and implement new affiliate marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate management platforms.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions, as well as relevant advertising regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify new affiliate marketing opportunities and trends.
• Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance and creative content impact.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and creative content development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital content creation.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate programs and creating engaging content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
