📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the investment store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and advice.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store's operations are aligned with the overall goals and strategies of the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the store's performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the fintech or investment sector.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing a business.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to provide sound financial advice to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as CRM systems, sales tracking software, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
