📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement CSR programs that align with the company's sustainability goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in community development activities, such as education programs, health initiatives, and environmental conservation projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR, community development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to CSR and community development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
